JACKSONVILLE —
Erica Eden of Jacksonville proved to be both a defensive and offensive stalwart for Brook Hill Tuesday evening.
Defensively, Eden tallied 11 blocks at the net while delivering five kills to lead the Lady Guard to a 3-2 non-conference victory over the Lady Indians.
Scores in the highly competitive affair were 25-18, 18-25, 25-20, 19-25, 15-7.
Amy Jo Teague led the Lady Guard in kills with 10.
Other standouts for Brook Hill include Baylee Rozell with nine assists and Mary Caroline Selden who had four blocks and five spikes.
Brook Hill returns to the court today when they host T. K. Gorman in a TAPPS Division III, District 2 match.
