BAYTOWN —
Jacksonville College’s Daniel Skinner, a sophomore from Dallas, has been named to the Premier Sports Network’s Region XIV All-Conference Team.
Skinner, who averages14.3 ppg., was a First Team pick, along with Mohammad Lee (San Jacinto), Quinton Upshaw (Kilgore), Anthony Odunsi (Tyler) and Jamaal Jones (Lee).
Zach Lofton of San Jacinto was tabbed as Player of the Year and Brian Hoberecht of Kilgore earned Coach of the Year honors.
The Jaguars did not have nay players selected for the second or third teams,however, Kennedy Eubanks, a sophomore from Clemson, SC, nailed down a spot onto the Honorable Mention list.

Brook Hill used a three run sixth inning to get past Bryan Brazos Christian, 7-5, in the TAPPS 3A State Championship baseball game that took place in Waco Wednesday afternoon.
