Another successful year for Alto High School athletics resulted in a cascade of awards being presented to athletes from all of the school’s sports as Alto held its annual All-Sports Banquet on May 10.
Alto athletic director and head football coach Keith Gardner reminded everyone of Alto’s reputation of being fierce competitors, driven by tradition, hard work and a sense of excellence and pride while acknowledging the student-athletes for the way they represented their school as well as their community.
The Best Male All-Around Athlete award went to Kilton Wade and Hayden Scott.
The most prestigious honor on the girls side, the Best All-Around Female Athlete award, was presented to Katina Sturns.
