JACKSONVILLE — Robert E. Lee clobbered the Indians of Jacksonville, 20-2, in a non-conference baseball game played in Jacksonville Wednesday. The Red Raiders (9-6-1) pushed eight runs across the plate in the first inning, three in the second and seven in the third to put the game out of reach for the Tribe (0-7) early on. Travis Laird and Jonathan Cook each homered for REL. Ryan Davlin belted a triple for the Indians who were held to just three hits in the game. Matt Lynch picked up the pitching win for REL while Cody Rodriquez suffered the loss for Jacksonville. The Indians return to the field at 6 p.m. Friday when they are scheduled to visit Chapel Hill.
