RUSK — In a game that should go along way in determining the third-place team out of District 19-3A, Palestine defeated Rusk 53-45 Friday evening at Eagle Coliseum.
Rusk, after opening conference play by going 2-0, is now tied with the Wildcats at 2-2.
The Eagles step out of conference play by visiting Kilgore on Tuesday night.
