17-3A track championships: Eagles, Lady Panthers finish 2nd

BULLARD — Chapel Hill High School, considered by many to be the pre-meet favorites, didn't let their followers down as the Bulldogs racked up 186 points to take the team title at the District 17-3A Track and Field Championships, which were held at Bullard High School on Wednesday and Thursday.
