About Patti Foster

Patti Foster in one word? Passionate.

Her life is a testament to the intense love she has for others. Her joy and laughter refresh those around her, and she welcomes opportunities to influence lives and Make A Difference Now!

As a college student majoring in music education, she traveled with a fine arts team to Australia, toured with the university choir to the British Isles and spent a week in the heart of Mexico with a mission group.

Performances with the Fort Worth Chamber Orchestra and the Sam Houston State University Orchestra further broadened her scope of music and expression.

In 1989 after she had graduated from college, she traveled abroad to Eastern Europe providing music for crusades and teaching conversational English through music.

Since 1990, her focus has been radio. She was the morning show host at WFRN, an inspirational Christian station broadcasting in Indiana/Michigan. Before that, she was the afternoon show host at KVNE/KGLY covering Texas/Louisiana.

On June 18, 2002, she was severely injured in a horrific traffic wreck. She suffered traumatic brain injury and was in a coma for six weeks. Her life hung in the balance...she has had to learn to live again.

And now, as her recovery process continues, her desire is still to inspire, encourage and motivate others.

  • Where to look in the Bible when we are in danger

When we are in danger, read Psalm 91. Verses 9-13 tell us some of the ways the Lord protects us, “If you say, ‘The LORD is my refuge, and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.  For he will command His angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.”

He is the one who will answer prayers.” People may drop prayer requests in the box in front of the church.

  • What would you ask of God?

If God spoke to you and told you could ask Him for one thing and He would grant it, what would you ask for?  Before you read any further, take some time to think about that question.  If the Creator of all there is offered to grant you one request, what would you consider the ultimate gift from Almighty God?
