JACKSONVILLE —
I have been so blessed to have run for the Republican nomination for State Representative District 11.
As you followed the campaign you recognized that a solid conservative vote was cast for our platform of limited government and less taxes.
Unfortunately some of our friends did not make it to the polls and the campaign came in “a distant second”.
Many of you worked hard and took political positions that reflects Americanism, and that continues the form of government given to us for safe keeping by the founding fathers.
Our free market systems depend on your involvement, a strong national defense depends on your involvement, public education and lower property taxes depends on your involvement.
This can be accomplished by staying informed by attending the city commission meetings, county court meetings, requesting information from our elected people, and of course voting.
I haven’t been able to get back around to all of you, but my intention is to talk to you soon.
Thanks again to those special folks out there (and you know who you are), that supported me and our platform. Susan and I have been encouraged by everyone’s responses to the campaign and the election.
God bless you and God bless Texas.
Allan Cain,
