Funeral services for Dovie N. Curtis, age 92, of Rusk are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 30, 2012 in Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Copeland officiating. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Curtis died January 26th 2012 in a Jacksonville hospital. She was born May 24th 1919 in the Alam Creek Community to the late Nathan Alfred and Jenny Glen Craig Chandler. Mrs. Curtis was a resident of Rusk since 1934 and worked at Rusk State Hospital for 38 years. She was member of the Rusk First United Methodist Church.
