DIALVILLE —
Funeral services for Edris Sides Beasley, age 85, of Dialville, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Rocky Springs Baptist Church, Dialville, with Rev. Jim Slocum and John Paul Little officiating.
Burial will be held at Rocky Spring Cemetery, Dialville.
Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
Mrs. Beasley passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 in Jacksonville.
She was born February 12, 1927 in Dialville.
Mrs. Beasley retired from Rusk State Hospital in the 1980’s and had an antique shop in Rusk. She loved hunting for good antiques and was an avid quilter. She was a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband James T. Beasley, parents Norman and Lela Sides, and a brother-in-law Roy Gay.
Survivors include her sister Ima Mae Sides Gay and several cousins.
Pallbearers will be Mark Bell, Steven Bell, Donald Gentry, Wayne Long, Bryan Bell, and C. E. “Junior” Whiteley.
Honorary pallbearer will be Allen Yarbrough, Jr.
Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
