Funeral services for Loretta Joy McMillan, age 74, of Jacksonville are scheduled for 10:00 am Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville with Rev. Newton Hambrick officiating.
Burial will follow at Jarratt Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mrs. McMillan passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009 in Tyler.
She was born February 2, 1935 in Nacogdoches, TX. to A. W. Johnson and Bertie Mae Mooman Johnson.
She was a member of East Side Baptist Church, Rusk, Order of Eastern Star in Pearland and was formerly secretary for a construction company and manager of an apartment complex in Houston.
Mrs. McMillan is preceded in death by her parents and sisters.
Survivors include husband of 49 years who loved her dearly Frank McMillan of Jacksonville; sister Marie Stephens of Lufkin; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Leonard Welch, R. L. McDonald, Jerry Clevenger, Truman Goleman, Forrest Dyess and Ellis Brasher.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, March 27, 2009 at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
