JACKSONVILLE —
Funeral services for Victoria “Tome” Maldonado, age 83, of Jacksonville, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Autry Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jan Pate and Rev. Mike Townsend officiating.
Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mrs. Maldonado passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012 in Tyler.
She was born December 23, 1928 in Cotulla, Texas.
Mrs. Maldonado was a homemaker and was a member of the Bilingual Worship Center in Jacksonville.
She is preceded in death by her husband Ramon Maldonado, and two sons Ramiro Maldonado and Frank Maldonado.
Survivors include her sons Robert Maldonado of Troup and Raymond Maldonado of Mesquite; daughters Mickie Ruiz, Neli Chandler, Anita Villanueva, and Alice Silva, all of Jacksonville; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Randall Chandler, Eric Maldonado, Anthony Maldonado, Steven Salazar, Jeremy Maldonado, and Jerry Bolton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Chandler, Ty Dawson Chandler, Johnny Ruiz, Joe Fernandez, and Jamie Boyd.
A special thanks is extended to Dr. Alfonso Saade, the Newburn family, Bonner St. Plaza staff and friends, Sydney Smith, Rebecca M. Villanueva, Angie Oliver, Rose Barrios, Peaches Claiborne, and Jan Brazier.
Visitation with the family will be from 6:00-8:00 pm, Friday, July 6, 2012 at Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
