Funeral services for Carl “Scooter” Tennison, age 54, of Jacksonville, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 7, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church, Jacksonville.
Mr. Tennison passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 in Tyler, TX.
He was born September 23, 1957 in Jacksonville, TX.
Mr. Tennison Graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1976. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #108 of Jacksonville and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his Father Boyce Edward Tennison, Grandparents Boyd and Ima Tennison and Chris and ET Smith.
Survivors include his wife Jan Tennison of Jacksonvile; daughters, Carlee Tennison of Tyler, and Jentrie Tennison of Jacksonville; his parents Norma and Vaughan Mixon of Tyler; sister, Nancy Deleeuw of Jacksonville; several aunts, uncles,cousins, nieces and nephews; and his loving pets.
