JACKSONVILLE —
Funeral services for Marguerite Moore, age 98, of Jacksonville, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Autry Funeral Home chapel in Jacksonville with Rev. Lee Welch officiating.
Burial will be at Corine Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mrs. Moore passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 in Jacksonville.
She was born April 4, 1913 in New Summerfield, TX.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Tyler Street Baptist Church, was retired as a seamstress for Henson Kickernick, was a loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she loved her Lord and her church family.
She was preceded in death by her parents W. L. and Ada Cox, daughter and son-in-law Kay and G. E. Casper, grandson Gary Casper, son Billy D. Moore and six brothers and sisters.
Survivors include daughter Theta Shubert and husband Leon of Troup; son Delmar Moore of Jacksonville; six grandchildren David and Pam Shubert, Ricky and Tracy Shubert, Kathy and Jovie Hicks, Vikki Casper Poole, Rusty and Becky Casper and Billy Moore; seventeen great-grandchildren; twenty-five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Casper, David Shubert, Ricky Shubert, Heath Shubert, Shane Speed and Joe Hicks.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 – 6:00 pm Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
