JACKSONVILLE —
Funeral services for Shirey A. Willis, age 71, of Jacksonville, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wed., Nov. 21, at Autry Funeral Home chapel, Jacksonville with Rev. Larry Smith and Rev. Kenny Knous officiating.
Burial will be held at Corine Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mrs. Willis passed away Sun., Nov. 18, 2012 in Jacksonville.
She was born Jan. 6, 1941 in Bunkie, Louisiana.
Mrs. Willis was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother Jane Keith, father Odem Rabalais, brother Carl Rabalais, and sister Dorothy Keith.
Survivors include her husband Bill Willis of Jacksonville, sons Mitchell Willis and wife Laura of Jacksonville and Johnny Willis of Houston, daughter Penny Jones and husband Kenny of Jacksonville, four grandchildren Amanda Westbrook, Monica Hood, Ashley Wimberly, and Maegan Jones, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Charles Dickerson, Lewie Lake, James Spivey, Don Edward McGee, Pat Ezell, and Leslie Bearden.
Honorary pallbearers will be J.J. Cleveland, Jimmy Bain, Mike Davis, and Jim Staton.
Visitation with the family will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
