JACKSONVILLE —
Graveside services for Peggy Ann Hudson, age 64, of Rusk are scheduled for 1 p.m. Fri., Feb. 15, in Salem Cemetery with Rev. Odis Bryan officiating under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Rusk.
Mrs. Hudson passed away Feb. 12, 2013 due to illness in a Longview Hospital. She was born Aug. 28, 1948 to Charles and Virginia Lewis Hudson.
Preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Hudson, brothers, Charles “Bud” Hudson and Jerry Turner, sister, Brenda Emerson. Survivors include her father, Charles E. Hudson Sr. of Rusk, daughter and son-in-law, Misty and Kip Geers of Diana, son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Michelle Goff of Rusk, grandchildren, Summer and Lance Sims, Kala Geers, Hunter Goff, great grandchildren, Rylan, Lynli and Kipley Sims, nieces and nephews and extended family.
Pallbearers will include Cole Emerson, Steven Hudson, Kip Geers, Lance Sims, Hunter Goff and Jason Turner. A memorial gathering will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thur., Feb. 14, at the Home of Karen and Chris Vaught, 1460 FM 23 West, Rusk, TX 75785.
