JACKSONVILLE —
Mickie Kolb, 77 of Jacksonville, passed away Dec. 27, 2012.
Daughter of the late Ben and Edith Rhodes, she was born in Conisbrough, S. Yorkshire, England and was one of four siblings.
Mickie was an avid reader and enjoyed history, and opera.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Bud Durie of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; granddaughters, Alison and Sydney Durie of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; friend/former husband, Larry Kolb of Jacksonville; sisters, Joan Dyson and Lillian (Derek) Atkin and brother, John (Jean) Rhodes of the UK; in-laws, Jim and Molly Kolb, of Jacksonville; best friend, Maureen Hughes of Jacksonville.
Mickie was preceded in death by her youngest daughter Alison.
