Graveside services for Christine Kirkpatrick Dove, age 80, of Tomball, Tx., are scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, February 4, 2012, at Resthaven Cemetery, Jacksonville, Texas, with Rev. Barbara Hugghins officiating.
Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
Mrs. Dove passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012 in Tomball, Tx.
She was born October 11, 1931 in Cherokee County, Tx.
Mrs. Dove was a homemaker. She graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1950. She was a member of the Alpha Omega Sunday School Class at First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Prime Timers, HAPY Girls, and Fun Travelers.
She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Dove; parents, J.I. and Mollie Kirkpatrick; and brothers, A.P. Kirkpatrick, Forrest Kirkpatrick, and Ragsdale Kirkpatrick.
Survivors include her son, Al Dove of Jacksonville; daughter, Janet Behanick and husband Tom of Magnolia, Tx.; and grandchildren, James and Whitney Behanick, both of Houston, Tx. She is also survived by sisters Edris Adams of Tecula, Flora Wedgeworth of Timpson; and twin sister, Pauline Wagner of Jacksonville and also several nieces and nephews.
