JACKSONVILLE — Jacksonville Mayor Robert Haberle presents the 2009 Water Fluoridation Quality Award to Jacksonville’s water control crew, consisting of Cory Hicks, Brian Gay and George Crawford. The award, from the United States Department of Health and Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, marks the city’s water as optimal for oral health.
