BISD to discuss transfer policy

BULLARD — Bullard Independent School District trustees will discuss the board policy regarding student transfers at its monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Bullard ISD administration building, 1426-B South Houston St, beginning in closed session.

Trustees will also consider

• additional security matters;

• renovating the baseball and softball fields;

• a demand response agreement with the electric company.

• a possible future laptop initiative for students; and

• a tax swap from the Interest & Sinking Fund to the Maintenance & Operating Fund that may allow the district to get assistance from the state.

The meeting is open to the public.
