Friday calls

• Police responded to a shoplifting report at Wal-Mart Friday afternoon. At around 1:25 p.m., a 30-year-old female from Jacksonville allegedly attempted to steal over-the-counter medicine. She was arrested for Class B theft and her bond was set at $1,500.

• Welfare concern to 700 block of Myrtle, 6:40 a.m.

• Suspicious circumstances on Kickapoo Street, 7:57 a.m.

• Traffic complaint on State Highway 79 East, 8:58 a.m.

• Assisting another agency at the Fast Trac, 1601 S. Bolton St., 9:27 a.m.

• Suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Fort Worth Street, 9:46 a.m.

• Burglary investigation in the 1600 block of 1611 Okeefe, 10:27 a.m.

• Theft at Rent-a-Center, 1121 S Jackson St., 11:41 p.m.

• Minor accident on South Jackson Street, 11:43 p.m.

• Minor accident in the 2000 block of North Jackson Street, 12:39 p.m.

• Minor accident on Rusk Street, 1:48 p.m.

• Suspicious circumstance at Lincoln Park, 2:49 p.m.

• Escort at Autry Funeral Home on SE Loop 456, 3:05 p.m.

• Welfare concern in the 100 block of Valley View Lane, 3:56 p.m.

• Burglary investigation in the 600 block of Tyler, 3:59 p.m.

• Minor accident on South Jackson Street, 7:45 p.m.

• Burglar alarm in the 300 block of Park Lane, 8:46 p.m.

• Suspicious person in the 600 block of James, 9:21 p.m.

• Burglary investigation in the 500 block of North Main Street, 9:38 p.m.

• Burglary investigation in the 800 block of El Paso, 11:10 p.m.

• Suspicious circumstance in the 1000 block of Waco Street, 11:35 p.m.

Saturday calls

• A Saturday afternoon traffic stop led to the arrest of a 34-year-old female from Jacksonville who owed $3,000 in unpaid tickets. The incident occurred about 12:39 p.m. near East Side Elementary. No bond was set.

• Wal-Mart saw a second shoplifting case after 4 p.m. Saturday. A 14-year-old Jacksonville girl was allegedly caught stealing assorted items under $50. No identification was given and no bond was set due to her age.

• Suspicious vehicle at Buckner Park, 1:39 a.m.

• Criminal mischief in the 2000 block of Center, 2:26 a.m.

• Drunk at Best Western Motel, 1:55 a.m.

• Criminal trespass in the 1000 block of Burleson, 2:18 a.m.

• Fight at Neon Country Club, 2:23 a.m.

• Assistance for another agency at Bottom’s Up on East Rusk, 2:36 a.m.

• Suspicious vehicle at Razorback Grocery, 2:58 a.m.

• Officers responding to a criminal trespass call in the 600 block of Border Street arrested a 36-year-old black female from Jacksonville just after 6:45 p.m. This happened Sunday and no bond was set.
