• A Saturday afternoon traffic stop led to the arrest of a 34-year-old female from Jacksonville who owed $3,000 in unpaid tickets. The incident occurred about 12:39 p.m. near East Side Elementary. No bond was set.
• Wal-Mart saw a second shoplifting case after 4 p.m. Saturday. A 14-year-old Jacksonville girl was allegedly caught stealing assorted items under $50. No identification was given and no bond was set due to her age.
