BULLARD — Two incumbents and three challengers have filed to run for Bullard City Council positions. There are three positions up for grabs May 8.
Incumbents include Stacey Thompson and Rick Kindle. Lindsey Bradley, who currently holds a position on the council, did not file by the Mar. 8 deadline.
Rodger Johnson, Shirley Coe and Todd Thoene have filed to run for council spots. A write-in period, where interested individuals may visit Bullard City Hall to register as a write-in candidate, ends Mar. 15. Early voting will last from Apr. 26 to May 4 at city hall from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Early voting on May 3-4 will last from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Election Day is May 8 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at city hall. The last day to register to vote is Apr. 8.
