Bullard City Council meets tonight

BULLARD — Progress staff reports

Bullard City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The City Council will discuss annexation of approximately 221 acres. Petitions for annexation are being brought to the council by Katherine Taylor Teasdale, Darla Kay Graham, L. Teasdale and R2 Properties, LLC, Thomas L. Roper.

The council will also discuss an agreement for an emergency services provider for the city, ordering an election for three council members, and an ordinance setting a penalty for companies who violate the city’s roll-off dumpster provision.

The council will also hear and act upon the police department’s annual racial profiling report.

The meeting is open to the public and includes time for citizen participation. For more information, call Bullard City Hall at 903-894-7223.
