Richard and Maxine Robertson celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary today. Mr. Robertson married the former Maxine Johnston on October 1, 1949 in Jacksonville. Robertson retired after 40 years with GTE. They are members of Sunset Baptist Church. They have a daughter, Connie Moore of Jacksonville; a son, Larry Robertson of Rusk; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. The couple will be honored at a reception Sunday at Legends Oaks in Jacksonville.
