Morris speaks to Jacksonville Kiwanis

James Morris, right, Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, accepts a Certificate of Appreciation from Kiwanian Dan George after his guestspeaker address to the group at their Thursday luncheon held at Lupe's Mexican Restaurant.  Judge Morris enumerated and explained the wide range of duties which fall within his jurisdiction and require him to be on call twenty four hours a day.  A question and answer period was equally interesting.
