Just Ask Janet

JACKSONVILLE — Tuesday is my one year anniversary here at the paper and I had intended to write this week’s column about that. But the weather is so pretty outside that I think for just this one week, I will say to you all, read your paper and absorb and enjoy it, then go outside and enjoy the cooler temperatures and the beautiful fall weather.

Next week we will take up the issue of the paper one year later, what’s improved, what hasn’t, and what’s left to be done. It’s a bit of a weighty subject, and I need this weekend to gear up for the feedback I will be asking you to provide.

Have a lovely weekend everyone.
